Alice was recommended to me by a friend, when I was struggling to get back in shape after having my second baby. It’d been a year since giving birth and I felt flabby and untoned. Having Alice train me has made such a difference. She tailored a programme to suit my abilities and goals. Because the programme was designed around me, I never felt that I couldn’t keep up. Alice has changed so many aspects of my life. She encouraged me to incorporate more exercise in my life, by walking to work and running at the weekends. She advised me on my diet and her gently persuasive approach has seen me ditch breakfast croissants for fruit and yogurt. Alice is an intelligent woman, whose thoughtful and effective approach to personal training is the antithesis of shouty, macho trainers. But it certainly gets results. I am back to my pre-baby weight and more importantly, I am now fitter and more toned than I have ever been.

Alice tailored our workout sessions perfectly to my needs and, within a few weeks, I noticed a huge improvement in my core strength. In addition to our training sessions, Alice provides me with some excellent (if somewhat terrifying) workouts to follow in the gym. I find this very helpful as it encourages me to stay on track in between our training sessions. Alice always conducts herself in a professional manner, but is also very personable. I really enjoy training with Alice and she has helped me no end.
